Last Visit to see Grandma

The day after Christmas we traveled to Hanford Ca to visit my grandma in a nursing home, at the time we had no idea this would be our last visit. She passed away on Janurary 13th. Her wish was to pass at her home of over 50 years, she was realeased from the nursing home a week after these photos, and a week after that she passed away! The last photo on this post if of the Christmas gifts we brought for her. She is and will be missed and remembered!

    What a blessing that you were able to visit with her before she passed, and that she was able to be at home.

    That's such a special thing. So cute your gram got to spend time with your kids like that.
